Agreement to Terms

By using our website or hiring us for landscaping services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Services

BrightRise Lake Forest Landscapers provides landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation installation, tree services, and seasonal maintenance. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We will provide services as described in your written quote or service agreement. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional work beyond the original agreement may result in extra charges.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are provided in writing through quotes or service agreements. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote unless otherwise specified. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or collection fees.

If you dispute any charges, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your invoice. We will work with you to resolve any billing issues promptly.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will schedule services at a mutually agreed upon time. We make every effort to arrive on time and complete work as scheduled. However, weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require us to reschedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For larger projects that require deposits, cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our crew and equipment. This includes unlocking gates, clearing pathways, and ensuring our team can reach work areas safely. Please secure any pets during our visit.

While we take every precaution to protect your property, you are responsible for marking any underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or other hidden features before we begin work. We are not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground features.

Warranties and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship and will address any issues related to our services within a reasonable timeframe. However, we cannot guarantee the survival of plants, grass, or other living materials beyond our control, such as extreme weather, improper watering, or pest infestations.

If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

Limitation of Liability

While we are fully licensed and insured, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

In the event of any claim, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of BrightRise Lake Forest Landscapers and is protected by copyright law. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our written permission.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between you and BrightRise Lake Forest Landscapers, we agree to first attempt to resolve it through good faith negotiation. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, in accordance with California state law.
